MAX KULCHINSKY

My good friend and brother from across the pond, Max Kulchinsky. In his home art studio in his Brooklyn apartment.

The painting in question is from the series “Feedback Loops” In which he uses AI Tool DALL-E to create some concepts, paints his interpretation, scans it and puts it back in to DALL-E for adjustments before outline sketching and painting the final result.

Max has been in my life since a chance meeting in 2018 back when he was still working heavily in the music industry. I was in New York with a mutual friend, I was told Max was in London right now and we should link when I come back. Max ended up booking me to Film an interview with him and an artist, we ended up kicking it heavy after the shoot and became the best of friends. Max frequented London in the years to come due to music commitments such as touring with artists and studio visits for the label his worked with.

Max has since shifted his focus from music to the Art world, pursuing his own artistic experession as painter & DJ as well as curating other artists work and working as a collective / agency.
